Denise Vigil, Vice President
Ms. Vigil has over 30 years of experience in design project management services and project administrative management. She has worked in the architectural-engineering consulting industry for over 30 years primarily in the public sector. Ms. Vigil founded Vigil Enterprises, Inc. as a sole proprietorship in 1986 and incorporated in California in 1991. As President, Ms. Vigil manages all financial aspects of the business, including contract negotiation, cost proposals, budget control, as well as all business development activities. She works closely with her team to ensure good client relations and high project quality.
